Introducing Lunch & Learn: A monthly series to connect over food
5 September 2022 - Starting on October 5th, each month Isabell Guidastri and Magda Basso, co-founders of Here we are Italy, will lead Lunch & Learn program at Roots. Each event, inspirational guests will share on a topic of the month, creating an opportunity to connect with professionals while enjoying a healthy vegetarian lunch prepared by the Roots trainees.
The aim of these events is to create a strong network between community members and co-workers, sharing ideas, projects and finding support and collaboration that will bring new concepts and perspectives. Each time the Lunch proposal will change, allowing the guests to appreciate the cultural diversity while tasting different flavours from all over the world.

Founded by Jannie Aasted Skov-Hansen, Here we are global aims to give the opportunity to all the international work trotters to build skills and sense of purpose and contribute to society. In this way people from all over the world can meet and share their backpacks of knowledge, experiences and competencies.

Isabell Guidastri and Magda Basso have co-founded Here we are Italy with the desire of creating a community in Italy to help international newcomers connect to each other as well as with locals to find new inspiration for their careers, no matter if they are on sabbatical, on transition or have an established business.
