Roots is a social enterprise project by the non-profit association, the Association for the Integration of Women…or AIW, whose mission is to empower migrant women living in the Modena community to achieve their career aspirations. Each year, Roots social enterprise powers this impact through its restaurant, private events, and co-working space.
